Good pay for a Rookie Driver?

So I just got my Class A and was offered my first job. I wondering if this is good pay for someone just starting. The cpm sounds good but I don’t have much knowledge about the rest.

The Job starts at 61cpm (practical miles) getting about 1800-2200 miles a week and is no-touch frieght with 10-12 loads a week.

Other pays are:
Backhaul $30 with about one a week
Breakdown $65
Layover $65
Stopoff after 1st $15
Trailer Search $30
And for any reason I have to touch frieght $100 for full load/unload and $50 for partial
