Howdy! I just drive a four wheeler, but keep seeing post from this sub so I thought I’d ask the pros about a recent experience I had at the DMV. We recently moved from Texas to Kentucky and finally got around to changing to a KY driver’s license. AS we are going to through the process, the lady asked if I wanted to keep my motorcycle endorsement and hazmat endorsement. I said yes to the motorcycle, but was puzzled about the hazmat. I told her I don’t have a hazmat endorsement but she slid my TX license back to me to look and sure enough it was right there. So I’ve had a hazmat endorsement on my DL for over 10 years and have never held a CDL. Thought?
Edit: I did not get to keep the hazmat on my new KY license.
