Any advice for getting started with Potable Bulk Water Delivery?

Current Plan: F650 2000 gallon plastic tank, with SS NSF 61 water pump. F550 1000 gallon plastic tank with SS NSF 61 pump for non CDL employee driver, and getting into harder to reach locations.

Questions:

1. I see a lot of companies delivering water with tanks on the back of F450’s, and can’t figure out what they are doing to increase GAWR to carry the loads, any advice?
2. I’m having trouble finding shorter bed F550/650, any advice? I know for back-roads the shorter trucks under 96″ are better.
3. Has anyone found an affordable place for NSF certified pumps and hoses?
4. Any better ideas for rig to carry water?
