Tired of OTR and looking for something local in DFW. Hot a tanker/hazmat recently but all these places want someone with experience (including class B positions) but how tf do I get experience tanking if no one will hire?

Oddly enough I saw one company claim you must be 18 to apply but need 2 years experience. Like… wut.

Anyone know of companies in DFW with additional training so long as you have your class A and proper endorsements?
