Fuel Usage Discrepancy

So I’ve been looking at my fuel usage, obviously. Got 2 trucks running. I use Motive for ELD which has a fuel tab showing cost, gallons used, and mileage. I wouldn’t expect the costs to be correct against my fuel card but I would expect the gallons used to be pretty close between the two. They aren’t. My fuel card doesn’t show purchases in places it shouldn’t be or more gallons than can fit in my truck on any single purchase. Should this be a red flag or am I being silly?
