Discussing freight movement patterns & reductions in areas, commodities in general are down, fuel dropping, the different topics mentioned there can be anywhere from 10%-30% drops in various markets/routes/lanes.
Of course all the drought areas are the worst Colorado, getting out of Florida, some Northeast, getting out of California. A lot of places spotty or hit or miss. Flatbed is alright along the i65 states. Reefer is terrible in the south east but good in the Midwest.
Also, a lot of brokers are telling me for whatever reason sprinter vans are making more money than dryvan semis. I’ve had a couple brokers tell me that lately, not sure really why that is, I would be interested to learn why?
