I’ve noticed a lot of you guys cook in your trucks. I actually just read a Trucker cook book, it wasn’t bad. Gave me some decent ideas. One thing I’m still questioning though: How do you manage to do dishes? I know the obvious answer is to buy disposable plates and stuff, but there’s still going to be a knife or a pot or pan or spoon that’s going to have to be washed every once in a while. So how do you go about cleaning dishes when OTR?
