Energy Drinks have become ubiquitous to our ilk. They are overly sugared, high in caffeine & chemical processing, but are a “quick fix” for a lot of is to keep things moving.
Recently, I started using my old water bottles, filling them with Iced Tea as my option for a pick me up while rolling. So far, its been great for my budget, saving 10-20 dollars weekly, but also I have noticed no more hard crashes (going from awake to drowsy in 60 seconds) as well as i have lost some weight.
