Feeling lost

Got my cdl a little bit ago and got on with an over the road job a few months ago. I dont know if this life is for me. My mental health was already not the best before this, and it feels like being alone with my thoughts even more is not helping.

I signed a contract to stay with them for a year or I have to pay 4k for the training I got. This is keeping me from moving on, as well as not wanting to waste the work I’ve put in. I don’t hate the driving but trying to navigate these deliveries and sleeping on the road is really eating at me.

Does anyone have any advice? Thank you in advance
