FAST Card – Online Interviews?

Hello everyone, hope you’re all doing well tonight. Quick question. Has anyone here gotten a FAST card recently and been able to do an online interview? I just submitted my application and see it mentioned as an option on the website once my background check is conditionally approved. However, I also vaguely remember reading somewhere that this is only available for people who already have their fingerprints on file with CBP (people with existing Global Entry/Sentri/Nexus cards, I imagine).

So… For anyone here who’s gotten a FAST card, are online interviews an option or not? Thank you.
