So I wanna preface this with the fact that I’m a pretty patient guy and I understand people may need time to learn how to drive (I’m not a rig driver). It is pretty rural where I live and I live on a corner of a highway and I wanna say a back road (the back road is basically a long hill to the turn). It is a T intersection so it’s 90° when you turn. There is this one trucker that uses his Jake brake every time he comes down. There are multiple rigs that come down including ones with heavy equipment and even loggers but this guy is a gas and oil truck. He uses it to turn to go up the hill and especially when he comes down he uses it all the way down instead of his normal brakes. I started taking logs of this because I got tired of being woken up by this guy. The earliest he’s passed was at 7:30am and the latest being 11:30pm. I know it’s one trucker cuz it’s the same rig. White with a blue undercarriage. I figured his company name from is DOT number. Is it worth reporting? I worry he will retaliate as I’m the only one on the corner.

Edit 2: So something’s been brought to light for me. We live on a 55mph highway, the hill is a 45mph but at the top of the hill it’s 25mph because of neighbors kids. The hill is 25mph when he starts coming down. .6 miles to stop at the stop sign.
