Dude was helping me back and didn’t tell me my trailer touched his mirror, could he report?

I had to do a pretty tight dock in between two trucks and I kept getting out to look so the guy in the truck next to me got out and started helping me back into the spot. I’m going super slow to back in and he is telling me to turn and when I stick my head out the window I see my trailer touching his side mirror and I’m like wtf dude why didn’t you tell me I was that close. He seemed like a nice dude and I appreciated the help but now I’m just worried that it could be considered an accident since our trucks touched and I want to give him the benefit of the doubt but you never know. Didn’t even leave a mark on my trailer or his mirror because I was going so slow but they definitely were touching/scraping together.
What do you guys think?
