So I don’t know why I’m on here, maybe just to see some other opinions on it. I
work for a small outfit, started a while back. It was a rock first start but not too
bad, me and the dispatcher found common ground and actually work really really
well together. She ended up being about the only person in the office I could
stand anymore.
Well she finally got sick of the big boss being a prick and cleaned out her office.
Now I’m stuck dealing with mr.”I drove for twenty year” never mind that was over
a decade and a half ago and the fucking new safety guy. (That’s a whole other
issue)
Now I was thinking of calling it quits earlier, but am waiting for my daughter to be
born before I do anything. The dispatcher fucking off somewhere else has me
really feeling like it’s my time to go. Either at another little outfit nearby, or
wherever she ended up.
So I wrote all this to ask, would you follow your dispatcher to a different company,
or quit and go somewhere else?
