Double Clutching Advice

I’m currently enrolled in a course to get my cdl. They have a simulator we start on before moving to the real thing. I am struggling so much trying to double clutch. I can float the gears but they told me for the test I have to be able to double clutch. I was getting so frustrated trying to do this today, either I was letting my rpm get too low after clutching into neutral or I would forget to double clutch. I’m having a tough time processing it all together. Any helpful advice would be appreciated
