Double Brokerage ???

Hi to all truckers out there , I don’t know how many of fellows driver have been in this situation get double brokerage and if there is a way to report it. It’s disrespectful the way some people try to take advantage of you as a truck driver. I booked this load in Tx when i checked in at the shipper something wasn’t right they had another driver’s Info like name truck numbers etc. When I call the broker they told me to pretend I was someone else they even gave me the name of the other driver of course I refused and right away I got a phone call from the owner of the load saying I was double brokerage if there is a way to report it please help … The chain always brake on the weakest link in this case us the truckers smh ….
