Doctor did not give me medical certification due to being diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. My current certification expires in two weeks.

The doctor already gave me a 90 day extension so I could get sleep testing but my insurance kept denying sleep testing as it wasn’t medically necessary. So I had to do a home sleep test done last month and the results came today. Doctor said I need cpap and monitoring for a month to get clearance but said he won’t extend medical cert.

Am I just screwed?
