Dollar tree at US Xpress not terrible

I’m about to finish my third week at this company and account and I read up on dollar store accounts on here before I decided on it. I’m guaranteed 2k a week gross as long as I complete my three loads a week. My schedule is Monday Wednesday Friday unloads with Tuesdays and Thursdays switching out empties and getting set up at the next store, though I can usually squeeze in some home time on those days if I’m lucky. Saturday off and I’m expected to swap out empties on Sunday to be at the dollar tree early Monday for my unload. The work is back breaking but I think the pay makes it worth it for the most part, although this is pretty much my first real trucking job so I was wondering if anyone could chime in with how I can find more bang for my buck.
