Does your company acknowledge Truck Driver Appreciation Week?

I work for a regional grocery store with about 450 drivers. My company acts like Truck Driver Appreciation Week doesn’t exist. My previous 2 companies used to spoil their drivers during this week. (I’ve been driving for 21 years and have worked at 3 places.) What’s the norm? I make good money, but I’m tired of hearing about my old co-workers eating steak all week. Lol. And yes, I know I’m being a bit of a baby. I know I make enough to buy my own steaks, but that’s not the point.
