I’ve been with this company I’m with for 3 months and today I had a preventable incident at a shipper that was my fault.

A month ago my manager caught on my phone while I was driving and he wrote me up.

The first month I had an incident where the trailer door got snatched off.

They said on Monday I’ll have to have a meeting with the safety manager. Just figured I’d throw it out here to the group to see your thoughts. Feel free to be as mean as you want to me. I know if I ask you to be nice it won’t matter.

I feel terrible about it all, but I’m at peace with it too.
