Do I need to inform my company I was pulled over?

I was pulled over tonight and the cop was super cool. I was in the left lane for literally 3 seconds when I shouldn’t have been. He looked at my insurance, license and ran my registration. He didn’t even run my license. Just said don’t do it again. I asked if I should tell my company and he just kind of shrugged and said “I mean I’m not writing you a ticket or anything. Just giving you a verbal warning not to do it again.” So should I bring it up with safety?
