I keep hearing that a lot of LTL companies & ETC offer 100,000 a year to their top drivers, after you get into these companies and obviously climb your way up after some years.

Also, from what I hear (was wondering if it’s true?) companies like UPS will get you up to six digits in 3-4 years of being with them. (Does USPS too?)

Is this really true? I live near a lot of terminals for local; Pitt, XPO, R&L, Central (nope!), UPS, USPS, Yellow, etc.

AND I was really curious if their top earners really make 100,000 and go home every night. How long does it take to get there?

Google claims a lot of these companies start at like 45K a year and their top earners, earn 65K max. But Google isn’t very accurate with a lot of things. So I figured I’d ask her for some inside info, just to see.

Just trying to see if there is 100K locally without doing food service after getting years of experience.
