Dmv told me I can’t buy my cdl permit until my motorcycle permit expires ??

So I went to buy my cdl examination permit today and the lady seemed like she couldn’t find me in the computer. so she investigated further and asked me if I bought my auto and motorcycle examination permit at the same time, I said yes and she said that now I have to wait until my motorcycle examination permit expires to buy my cdl examination permit

Note: I didn’t finish getting my motorcycle license only have the examination permit but I did finish getting my complete car license, I bought both permits the same day

Plzzz somebody help I don’t wanna wait 9 months for my motorcycle permit to expire just to be able to buy my cdl permit 💔💔💔💔💔
