I am a city drivers tractor trailer and our city does the mobile rent a scooters that are left just about anywhere.

Sometimes they are left on the road beside the sidewalk. I fantasize of making a right turn one day and “accidentally” running one over with my trailer tandems because I “didn’t see it” and it was left on the road.

Technically they shouldn’t be left on the road.. Could I get away with doing it and play ignorant and avoid charges if I was to be reported?

\*\*\*DISCLAIMER\*\*\* This is not about anger, getting back at society, ruining the scooter company’s property to get back at them- it is a matter of physics and the desire to see a scooter be crushed!
