We bought this JA Henckel pan set 1-2 years ago and it’s suppose to be non stick but I wouldn’t say it is. I’m not sure if it wore out or what. Is this a good pan?

Most of what we use it for is meal prepping chicken breast. I’ll add olive oil, get it hot, then add chicken breast, 3 min each side then put it in the oven.

We also cook steak and eggs a lot.

Afterwards, it’s a pain to clean.

Most of the time I have to boil water and scrape off the char to clean it.

Any advise is appreciated
