I need help making up my mind between these two opportunities.

I am looking for a career to work with for 10,20,30 years. I am looking for a local, home every night job making 50k-60k a year with a 401k.

FedEx Express

PROS

Easy work, 90% drive time, short commute from my home, 8% matching 401k, Automatic trucks, 250mile driving routes back and forth

CONS

Lower pay (23/h, 30$/h after 5 years.), Not Union, Working with other people during 10% dock work

Coca Cola

PROS

High pay, 32$/h starting, Union, Solo Workday, Great workout probably lose weight(I am fat)

CONS

Back Breaking Work, Longer commute, seniority route bidding system, Manual truck, handle money and stock shelves
