Clutch app error? CDL Prep

Ok so I’m prepping for my CDL permit and I’ve read the entire manual and the company I’m going with suggested this Clutch app to help with practice tests. So far it’s been great except this question.
Am I reading the question wrong? It’s talking about combination vehicles which the manual says is a 4psi drop, in the manual itself and in the apps explanation… so I’m very confused. The apps “feedback” doesn’t work properly so I’m just trying to determine if I’m wrong or the app is wrong…
