I had a drug test violation with the FMCSA Clearinghouse back in October that I got taken care of in November. I went through an SAP and everything. I received an email today informing me that the same violation that was taken care of is back on my record.

Does anybody know why that happened, and what I should do? I stopped driving a few weeks ago, but I just don’t want this on my record. This makes no sense, and it’s causing too much of a headache.
