I recently moved to a new state and got issued a new CDL. That process was pretty seamless, but I can’t update ClearingHouse. I checked with the DMV, I checked with CDLIS and they both say there is no issues on their end. When I contact CH help desk they say there’s nothing they can do at their level and they submitted the issue to HQ… they won’t provide me a phone number to HQ, won’t tell me when this will be resolved, they are keeping me completely in the dark. When I call to get updates/bug them, they say the same thing (HQ will get to it when they can)
Has anyone had an issue that lasted over a month with ClearingHouse? Is there a way to escalate this?
