Clarification of 70hr/8 day rule please

I work for a landfill that has rolloff and trash service as well. Other drivers typically work Mon-Fri, sometimes Saturday. However, I drive Class A belly dump of fly ash, and I will run any day of the week Mon-Sun. Sometimes I run 7 in a row, most of the time 6 days a week. According to the FMCSA faq a motor carrier may choose some or all drivers to run the 60 or 70 hour rule if they operate CMVs 7 days a week. Can they designate me to run on the 70 hour rule? Even if I am the only driver to do so? Thanks, hopefully I have been clear enough 👍
