CDL and/or air brake test required to drive 26ft panel truck w/air brakes in Virginia?

Hello fellow truckers! Just kidding, but my employer just asked me to drive and do deliveries with a 26 ft, 26,000 gross weight panel truck. It is a 2021 model and has all the bells and whistles and is a lease, picking up large furniture donations around central VA for a non-profit.

I’ve driven it a couple of days and enjoy it. But I’m concerned that it might require a CDL class A or Air Brake Test or something that I don’t have.

After searching online, I can’t find a clear answer. But I’ll bet you guys know.
