Cascadia not starting in optimized idle?

Just got my first truck, a cascadia with 300k miles on it and the past few nights I’ve set the optimized idle with interior comfort on, and the truck never starts itself to charge the batteries, the inverter starts beeping at me early in the morning that it’s running out of charge until it shuts off and I lose power, then I have to manually start the truck and baby sit it until I get enough charge back for the rest of the night so I don’t freeze, anyone else deal with this? Is it user error or do I need matinence.
