Can reefer exhaust ignite a green tree branch?

This is my first week hauling a reefer unit, the broker requires the unit be on continuous run, start/ stop is prohibited. Plus my optiset is locked out so I can’t cycle to s/s anyway. I’m in GA at the moment and staying here overnight, parked directly underneath a tree with low-hanging branches, these branches are practically resting over top my reefer unit, is it possible that my reefer exhaust could potentially light this tree on fire? If so, I need to move soon before it’s too late to find other accommodations, as there is very limited parking available in the area I’m at, as well as most of this state.
