Can I even get my CDL

I hate to be that guy but I keep finding conflicting information online and I’m not sure what’s right and what’s wrong. I have a speeding ticket, 15 over, 2 points on my license, that turns 3 years old in March, and September 1st of this year I got into a car accident, I was in the passenger seat, so not my fault, my insurance just informed me today that it’s going to be listed as a not at fault accident on my MVR, I plan on going to CDL school in April and now I’m just not sure if I can even get my CDL. I’ve read that the speeding ticket shouldn’t affect me cause it will be 3 years old, but I’m worried about the not at fault accident as I’m finding conflicting information online.
