Calling all Roll Off drivers!! ADVICE PLEASE

I got a job offer with a roll off company that also does residential garbage pickup and vacuum truck. They offered $30/hr. It’s 25 minutes from home, mon-fri set schedule.

I’m currently with FedEx express as a truck driver making $25/hr. 1 hour commute, tues-sat, schedule constantly changes, and it’s Night Shift.

TDLR: Is being a roll off driver a good job? Is it worth quitting FedEx $25/hr job for $30/hr roll off job?
