I will get this out of the way first, I am not a driver and do not specifically know the ins and outs of trucking.
That said, I am looking to improve the lives and safety of the truck drivers at my company. They drive Mack Cab-overs, Admittedly I do not know the exact Models, for various operations years 2018-2022.
My question to the experts in this field, is there a feasible solution to preventing back issues that does not involve Job rotation? The company has installed Air ride systems on the seats to help with the bumps. But I still get feedback and injuries that workers are hurting their backs when the seat bottoms out for example.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
