Cab flare vs wind thoughts.

I’m at a huge warehouse lot.

It’s next to an airport so lots of flat open ground.

Their parking has my tail facing the wind at a 45° so nose is away from the wind.

Winds are about 20-25mph but the gusts are 40-60 mph.

Should I turn around and put my nose in the wind? My cabin flares sound like they’ll break off over night from a Rouge gust.

Are they robust enough that I’m just paranoid from inexperience?

Is landing gear down going to make a difference since my trailer will be empty and I’m the only truck here?
