So there I am chillin in bed when I get a email from a broker about a load which paid complete ass. So as a light-hearted joke, I counter with a insanely high rate. Not 5 minutes later, I get a reply from mr.professional with the lines “don’t waste my time with that bullshit”. Now I’m really not a person to drag things on, but since I had nothing better to do and said broker was being so proffesional, I thought I’d be a little proffesional back, I replied with “just returning the favor” and left it at that. Come next week, one of our Dispatchers books a load with said brokerage, the driver goes to the pickup, and as the shipper is loading the driver, I recieve an email from the broker, different guy then the one I had the scuff with, that they needed to cancel us off our load becuase we were inactive in thier system, mind you, we booked this load 2 days prior and everything was good to go. I can guarantee that the 2 brokers co-conspirated with each other to email us when they knew the driver would be getting loaded to waste our time and money.
Anyways, all I have to say to Mr. Professional(s) is whatever stick was stuck up thier ass that day, it must’ve been real big and what goes around comes around.
