First things first please don’t turn this into a political debate I am just trying to gather information to help my search.
So here’s my thought process. My wife, kids and I want to leave where we are for greener pastures. We are in NE PA it’s not “bad” we just want a fresh start and to move to somewhere optimal for our careers and somewhere that will have future opportunities for our children and if possible a little more literally green.
Our initial thoughts were one of the coasts. We would probably fit best in the northeast or the PNW. The state must be blue. I have 3 daughters and at the rate things are going I have zero tolerance for the idea that possibly an 80-year-old dude in an office that doesn’t know what a uterus is can make medical decisions for my daughters. Not interested.
I have been searching the job boards all over and my problem seems to be the best home daily work I can find is crude oil. Some companies advertise 150k with home daily work. Unfortunately, most of those companies are in places we don’t want to live.
So I’m seeking advice if anyone gets what I’m going for and could suggest anywhere that they think I should look into. It doesn’t have to be oil specifically I just want to find an area plentiful with great pay work and home daily or overnight.
Asking for a lot I know lol I am prepared for everyone to dump on me.
