Best companies to drive for?

I live in Central Florida and would like to home every day, but fuck anything involving touch freight. I just want to drive at this point. That being said, what are the best companies for someone with a little over a year of experience? Something regional, just 3 or 4 states maybe? Dry van or reefer. I had to leave me last job before being financially ready to and I need to find something ASAP but don’t want to go into something where I’d be as miserable.
