Don’t hate on me but I never really grew up on American bbq. It’s not really a thing out in Vegas so the few times I tried as a kid I didn’t really like it. I stopped here and tried their brisket because I heard it was better than even places in Texas…yes yes controversial I know. Well, after the first bite I knew I just bit into something special. Honestly a 10/10 and the juices were everywhere. Fastest I’ve ever eaten a half lb of meat before lol.

Anyways, if you guys stop in Albany try this place out, it’s at a truck stop. If you’ve tried it before, lmk if you had the same experience.
