Kind of just looking for any advice if possible.
I start CDL school this coming up Monday & my good luck ran out. Yesterday I was in an accident where I turned on a unprotected left & was hit by another vehicle going straight. I was issued a failure to yield ticket (paid & traffic school already completed) but I’m just concerned on the future.
Would this affect my enrollment in school at all or the probability of being hired on after completion? My 3 year MVR will only have a speeding ticket besides this new accident.
I’ve already contacted the school & they say without an accident report they’re unsure if it will affect anything, they will try to help me regardless. The report will not be available for atleast 10 days so I’m really unsure where to go from here.
The state is Florida, if that helps at all. Insurance has already said I’m at fault as well.
Thanks for any answers, just really need to know if I should shoot for a refund or will it still be possible to obtain my CDLs with the new accident.
