Are there companies that hire straight out of CDL school?

I’m looking to get my CDLs sometime this year, i live in central AL and I found a community College that offers CDLs for $4,000 and I have finally saved enough for it. I am married and I really don’t want to go over the road if I don’t have to. I’m also not looking to make a ton immediately either, if I can find a company that just does local routes and pays over $16/hr I will be happy. Like I said, I live near talledega County so if anybody can help me out with this I would be grateful.
