I just graduated from school and got my CDL last week. A couple of weeks prior I sent out an application for XPO, and a couple of days later I received an email asking me to set up a time for a phone interview. I did so and then I never received a call at the scheduled time. Got another email a couple days later, and same thing, scheduled the time for the interview, and never received a call. I’ve since tried calling back the recruiter at the number they left in their email twice now and left a message both times, but they never responded. Also just tried calling their general recruiting number a couple of hours ago and left a message, and so far no response. I’m honestly not sure how they have any employees or how anyone manages to get a job with them if this is the level of attention they give to recruitment, but I digress lol. Does anyone have any other tips on getting through to them? I’m halfway tempted to just show up at the terminal and tell them what’s going on and ask to interview someone there lol. I’m in the Pittsburgh area if that helps. Any help / advice is much appreciated! ????
