Anyone else’s area feel like wages aren’t rising as fast as other jobs?

I’ve stayed on the job boards for a few years and wages have went up a few dollars here. One cdl job used to pay per hr 16 now pays 19, mine pays 22 used to be 19. Another pays 22 but used to be 20.

These aren’t paid hikes for just a few years arent bad but other jobs I used to work went from 11 to 16, 12 to 17, 16 to 20 etc etc

Is the industry keeping up with other jobs or still just compensating by giving truckers more than 40 hours a week? Or is it just my area
