Any tips for alley docking please

I failed my first attempt at testing last week

The pretrip was good, I passed straight line and offset but then the alley docking was horrible

I pulled up too many times and encroached on too many cones – I need any tips

It’s a 90 degree alley dock, I usually don’t have enough room on the left so I pull forward left then dart right and straighten out

But then when I begin to back up I have no idea what I’m doing

The examiner told me I had gotten it in at one point but then pulled up in the wrong direction 🤦

If anyone has tips I retest this week
