Any flatbedders out there?

I have about 15 months of experience with flatbed and looking for other companies to possibly switch to. Only thing that I care is about is the money. I currently make 62 cpm with $40/$60 tarping pay depending on the size. Usually average 2500-3000 miles a week governed at 65. Anyone know of companies that pay more? I don’t mind staying out for long periods of time or doing teams. Would like to get into heavy haul loads or wind turbines but I don’t know who will hire with no experience there. Any knowledge would be great!
