Any certifications I can get, besides my endorsements & TWIC card, that will make me a more employable & competitive driver?

I’ve got all my endorsements & my TWIC card, no restrictions. In March, I get my 1st year of experience. Gonna try to get into cryogenics soon. Are there any certifications I can get online that y’all would recommend? Even if I won’t be using them any time soon, but just to pad the resume & show that I’m investing in my career & education. Some I’ve seen are H2S certification & 3M respirator fit test. Perhaps I should learn to drive a 18 speed manual. Currently only know have experience with a 10 speed.
