I’ve posted before about washing your ass as a truck driver.

Parasites.

Truckers can be opportunistic eaters, and that means we eat what is available at a lot of different places all over the country.
We can’t always get a shower every day.
Which creates the perfect storm to pick up intestinal parasites.

That’s why I preach about not only taking things like Metamucil, every day, but also washing your ass, every time, after pooping.

When you wash your ass after pooping (using a water bottle and a small bottle of Dr. Bronners liquid soap) if you have consumed parasites, washing after pooping will help to wash away the eggs.
Washing your ass after pooping will help break the cycle of rebirth.

Then always wash your hands afterward, with soap and water.
