Amazon forcing contract carriers to yard jockey and not paying out on the tours, denying payment disputes?

Anyone else having ROC add forced Yard Jockey segments of time being spliced into tours when no trailers available? We have been hauling for them for years and have yet to see this but several times over the last couple weeks if my drivers arrive at a location without empties or loaded trailers they are refusing to adjust tour at SDT and forcing you to yard jockey in their equipment and putting in notes that we are required to do these moves and if you explain to them that you are a contract carrier and that is not part of the contract they cancel it out under the reason “cancelled within 2h” which has always meant the base rate will be paid without issue but now they dont pay on it and when you open a case it gets denied without any explanation at all.
