Yesterday I went to take my CDL test. I choked the wheels, started the truck let everything get in operating range. Turn the engine off and the key on, started holding the pedal for 1 minute and counted, then I began pumping the pressure down for the low air alarm, then I kept pumping for the parking brake to pop. I started the truck and built up pressure with my foot in the accelerator and then I heard the governor kick off and I said my brake test is complete. He failed me because he said the truck was running? I’m not understanding what I did wrong.
